check out the calendar at your right for the complete list :P

Janelle Monae
Where: Prospect Park Bandshell
When: 8pm
The Celebrate Brooklyn! outdoor concert series returns with a show from propulsive soul-pop stylist Janelle MonĂ¡e. The singer, known for her glamorous androgynous style, recently covered David Bowie's "Heroes" for Beats of the Beautiful Game, a visual soundtrack for the World Cup. Arrive early if you want to snag a spot close to the stage; she's having a moment, and opening night always draws a crowd.

Thrusday
Pharell williams in Rockefeller Plaza 6-9 am

Friday in central park: demi lovato 6-9 am

Friday bachata in Bryant park at 6 pm

Target First Saturdays: Brooklyn Pride
Where: Brooklyn Museum
When: 5–11pm
Every June the five boroughs come alive with parades, festivals and parties that bring the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community's heritage to the forefront of public attention. Be part of one of the celebrations at this Saturday event, which showcases music, drag performance, pop-up gallery talks and ballet. Artist Alexander Kargaltsev, who suffered persecution as a gay man in Russia, will talk about his experiences and photo series Last Polaroids, which documents his time in exile. A ballet performance of The Firebird (composed by Igor Stravinsky) and a voguing workshop led by Benny Ninja are also among the evening's happenings.

Museum Mile Festival
Where: Fifth Avenue, between 82nd and 105th Streets
When: 6–9pm
While it's easy to spend all day in a single New York City cultural institution, this once-a-year affair gives visitors a three-hour period to sample a variety of the very finest of them—for free. The 23-block stretch of Fifth Avenue known as Museum Mile is home to eight participating institutions—El Museo del Barrio, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Cooper-Hewitt (whose galleries are closed for renovation), the Jewish Museum, the National Academy Museum, Neue Galerie and the Museum of the City of New York—offering extended evening hours. In addition to all the art inside, there are plenty of outdoor festivities: face painting, chalk drawing, live music and other block-party-type events.

good news

some times you get that wonderful news
that moment of epiphany where you can not stop screaming,
screaming of happiness.
Good news can elevate your heart rate,
they can elevate your soul to heaven

fast

fast
everything happened so fast
it happens so fast
like a raise,
our relationship was going so fast
like every day passing by
adding stress for the unfinished business
more stress for work and friendly commitments
fast it went, like a twister wrecking down what we built

Fast as like if self, it just flows...blows
I am glad of the smiles, even if they disappear so fast.

Adaptation

We are suppose to get some level of adaptation
to new and recurrent situations
but I have the feeling I have a rejection
for these kinds of persuasions

How long it takes to adapt your being
to a new environment?
How long it takes to connect your feeling
to a different torment?

appreciation

appreciation

We always look out for more,
forgetting what we already have,
we do not appreciate all the blessings.

But then life can put us in front of less lucky people
people in need, wishing to have even a little of what we have
this can open our eyes,
this can make us appreciate what we have.

Being grateful for what is given to us.
it doesn't matters if we work hard or it is a freebie,
it the base for building our future
So appreciate and thank for it

Forgotten Motto:"do not let people leave your life without being better and happier"

Forgotten Motto
Not so long time ago my Motto was "do not let people leave your life without being better and happier".
I completely forgot this beautiful idea,
this amazing life idea of sharing your skills and knowledge,
next to your funniness, in order to help others.
I hope I am not going to forget again,
if i do please remind me.
